My experience with Onetile was truly delightful. Veronica was very helpful, very responsive through WhatsApp, email, and even over the phone. The tiles arrived in Romania precisely as Veronica had communicated, within three weeks, impeccably packaged and in excellent condition. Their prices significantly undercut those of other Romanian stores offering similar products. I wholeheartedly recommend Onetile to anyone in Europe seeking tiles or other products they offer. I would like to share my experience with Onetile. I used Onetile for the ceramics of my Airbnb in Disneyland Paris.

I was looking for high end ceramics, at a competitive price. With Onetile I had a large choice of products and brands of the best manufacturers.

Price and delivery were also competitive. For the delivery, there is a tracking system, so you can follow your order on real time. And the transporter is used and transport with care the products (no product damage for my delivery).

I would definitely use Onetile for my next refurbishment, and I can recommend this company to you.

We ordered Atlas Concorde tiles for our home. From the preparation of the quotation to the ordering and delivery process, the contact with OneTile. was very professional. We received answers to all our questions clearly and quickly. We ordered the tiles just before the Christmas break, but OneTile managed to deliver them in mid-January. The tiles arrived undamaged and free of defects. A top-quality product. The prepared price offer was very competitive with Polish market prices. OneTile is highly recommended!

Auch bei der dritten Fliesenbestellung lief alles reibungslos. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service, dem Preis und der Ware. Auch die Lieferung hat problemlos geklappt. Frau Poinelli ist wie immer sehr freundlich und kompetent und beantwortete meine Fragen sehr schnell (auf deutsch). Alles in allem ist die Firma sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich habe mir zum zweiten Mal Fliesen gekauft und bin völlig begeistert von der Qualität, dem Preis und dem Service. Eine deutschsprachige Verkäuferin hat mich während der Bestellung beraten und Fragen auch telefonisch beantwortet. Die Fliesen sind sehr gut verpackt und per Spedition zu einem fairen Preis geliefert worden. Alle Fliesen sind ganz geblieben. Alles in allem ist Onetile.it eine sehr gutes Unternehmen. Ich werde auch in Zukunft bei Ihnen bestellen. Vielen Dank für den Service und die tolle Ware.

Nous avions une grosse commande de carrelage à passer et avec Onetile l'expérience a été une belle réussite. Véronica notre interlocutrice est d'une clarté et d'une réactivité remarquable, elle nous a aiguillé pendant toute notre période de réflexion sur les choix de carreaux. Par la suite, nous avons eu un tarif défiant toute concurrence. La livraison (avec des mises à disposition différentes pour les carreaux) a été très bien organisée. La gestion des quelques carreaux cassés durant le transport a été rapidement pris en charge pour un remboursement.
Au final, nous recommandons Onetile sans aucune hésitation et nous leur renouvellerons assurément notre confiance à la prochaine occasion.

Bardzo! Bardzo polecamy sklep Onetile. Po pierwsze kontakt z Pani ą Veronicą przebiegał bardzo sprawnie, szybka wymiana email. Cała transakcja również bardzo konkretnie. Pani Veronica odpowiedziała na każde pytanie, wytłumaczyła cały przebieg zakupu. Kontakt i informacje na każdym etapie. Szybki transport do Polski, kontakt z kurierem. Płytki dotarły bardzo dobrze zapakowane. Na całą przesyłkę jedna płytka doznała uszkodzenia, aczkolwiek Pani Veronica od razu zgłosiła to do ubezpieczenia po czym koszta zostały zwrócone. Z mężem jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, wręcz szkoda, że tak późno odkryliśmy ten sklep:) myślę,że zakupy wtedy byłyby zdecydowanie większe. Z czystym sumieniem polecamy, jeśli ktoś ma obawy przed zakupem z zza granicy. Polecamy każdemu, kto tylko pyta Nas o ten zakup :)
